Respondents PRAYER: The Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for relating to the impugned order of the Second Respondent in A.Thi.Mu.No.79/A2/2021 dated 21-01-2021 and quash the same and direct the Respondents to step up the Petitioners pay on par with his junior Mrs. Amalorpavam Middle School Head Master Panchayat Union Middle School Azhisur Uthiramerur Block Kancheepuram District with effect from 1107-2010 and grant him all consequential benefits. O R D E R

The Petitioner approached the respondents for fixation of pay on par with his junior. According to the petitioner very same issue was decided by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.742 of 2018 dated 07.02.2018. Inspite of the same, without considering the order passed by the Court the respondent have returned the representation made by the petitioner for fixation of pay. 2. Mr.Raja, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondent.

3. Whenever the return is made, it is incumbent on the petitioner to resubmit after assigning the reasons for consideration of the same.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, a direction is given to the petitioner to represent the request along with the judgment of this Court in W.P.(MD)No.742/2018. On such resubmission being made, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the request of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law in the light of the High Court judgment relied on by him and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
