(Order of the Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR, J.) Habeas Corpus Petition is filed challenging the order of detention passed by the 1st respondent against the detenu - MAGESHWARAN in C-2/23644/2014, dated 10/12/2014. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the impugned order of detention has been revoked by the Government in G.O.Rt.No.1042, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIV) Department, dated 16.02.2015. Copy of the said Government Order, submitted to this Court, shall form part of the record.
