This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to implead the fourth respondent namely, the Inspector of Police, Commercial Crime Investigation Wing (CCIW), Coimbatore as proposed respondent in W.P.No.5053 of 2019.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on both sides.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments in the cause title and list the matter after four weeks.
