ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition for filing statutary bail under Section 167(2) Cr.P.C., since the petitioner has been in incarceration for more than 60 days.

2.In view of the oral endoresment of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn and liberty is granted to the learned counsel for the petitioner to file a petition for statutory bail under Section 167(2) of Cr.P.C. before the concerned Court.
