CMP Nos.7633 to 7639 of 2021 have been filed by the petitioners i) to condone the delay of 106 days to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the sole appellant; ii) to set aside the abatement in S.A. No.2133 of 2001 and ii) to bring on record the appellants 2 and 3 herein as legal representative of sole appellant and rank them as appellants 2 and 3 in S.A. No.2133 of 2001.

2. Heard Mr.V.Raghavachari, learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.The respondents have no serious objection in allowing these petitions.

4. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and this Court being satisfied with the same, these petitions are allowed as prayed for.

5. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments and list the main Second Appeal on 16.06.2021.
