Crl.O.P.No.9041 of 2022 G. CHANDRASEKHARAN, J., The learned Judicial Magistrate, Tittagudi in his request letter, has stated that since the police has not served the summon on witnesses and not produced the witnesses in time, the trial in this case was not completed within the time stipulated by this Court and hence, he sought for extension of time to complete the trial.

2. Taking note of the request of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tittagudi, time is extended by four months from today (02.01.2023).

3. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Tittagudi, is directed to complete the trial within the time and report the same to the Registry.
