Mr.N.Ramanathan, learned Administrator General and Official Trustee of Tamil Nadu submitted that the trust estate of Mr.M.K.Periathambi Maracayar was handed over to the Chief Executive Officer, Tamil Nadu Wakf Board on 27.06.2023 and also filed a memo dated 27.02.2024, to that effect.

2.The memo so filed is taken on record.

Registry is directed to print the name of Chief Executive Officer, Tamil Nadu Wakf Board in the place of AG&OT and post this matter on 05.03.2024.
