2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the case in Crl.O.P.No.6308/2026 has been disposed by this Court, in the order dated 16.03.2026, it is wrongly mentioned as "Dismissed".

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the following clarification is made in the order dated 16.03.2026 in Crl.O.P.No.6308 of 2026:

" In paragraph No.11 of the order dated 16.03.2026 in Crl.O.P.No.6308 of 2026, the word "Dismissed" is replaced with "Disposed".

5. The other portions of the order dated 16.03.2026 made in Crl.O.P.No.6308 of 2026, remains unaltered.

6. Registry is directed to carry out the above correction in the order dated 16.03.2026 made in Crl.O.P.No.6308 of 2026 and issue fresh order copy, forthwith.
