This petition has been filed for direction to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate-III, Tirupur to dispose of Criminal M.P.No.1937 of 2019 within a period of time to be fixed by this Court. 2.

Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, the learned Judicial Magistrate-III, Tirupur, is directed to dispose the Crl.M.P.No.1937 of 2019, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order, if not already disposed of. 3.

With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
