The petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 01.05.2020 for the offence punishable under Sections341, 294(b), 392, 397 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.292 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been detained under Goondas Act 14 of 1982. 3.Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
