ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the 3rd respondent to submit the enquiry report in pursuant to the enquiry notice in Na.Ka.No.123/2025/Ni.A,Ne1 dated 17.02.2025 to the 5th respondent and direct the 5th respondent to take action against the

respondents 7 to 9 on the complaint dated 18.11.2024 given by the petitioner for unlawfuly demanding Rs.5,00,000/- from the petitioner for discharging official duty.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.

The petitioner lodged complaint before the sixth respondent and same was forwarded to the third respondent for conducting enquiry. On receipt of the same, the third respondent issued summon to the petitioner on 17.02.2025 to conduct enquiry on 24.02.2025. Accordingly, the petitioner attended the enquiry and thereafter, the third respondent did not submit any report so far to the fifth respondent. 4.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, the third respondent is directed to submit report before the fifth respondent in pursuant to the enquiry notice dated 17.02.2025, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. In turn, the fifth respondent is directed to take appropriate action on the report submitted by the third respondent in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
