ORDER

The petitioner filed O.A.No.5832 of 2002 before the Tribunal seeking a direction to the respondents to sanction two incentive increments (4 advance increments) for acquiring M.A. and B.Ed. Qualifications. On abolition of the Tribunal, the same was transferred to the file of this Court and renumbered as W.P.No.5224 of 2007.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents brought to the notice of this Court a proceeding dated 08.10.2007 of the Assistant Elementary Educational Officer, Sriperumbudur, whereby it is seen that the petitioner was granted with two incentive https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

increments as prayed for in this writ petition. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication and accordingly, by placing on record the said proceedings, the writ petition stands closed. No Costs.
