The present revision has been filed challenging the order of divorce granted in H.M.O.P.No.158 of 2014 by the learned Principal District Judge, Coimbatore.

2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner died pending Civil Revision Petition.

3.In view of the death of the petitioner herein, no fruitful order can be passed in the present revision. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition stands closed.

Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
