This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 297 days in filing the above appeal.

Though notice is served on the respondent, none appears.

I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and I am of the view that the delay of 297 days can be condoned subject to condition that the petitioner forfeits interest for the delay period of 297 days.

On the aforesaid condition, the delay of 297 days is condoned.

The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

Accordingly, this civil miscellaneous petition stands ordered.
