Seeking to amend the , the present application has been filed.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that since the applicant was not in station for the past six (6) months, he could not instruct the counsel to do the needful. Hence he seeks time till December 2016 to execute the bond.

Considering the submissions made, two weeks time is granted to the applicant to amend on payment of cost of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) to "The Headmaster, Government Higher Secondary School, P.M.Pakkam (G), [Bank Account No.1336101005703, Canara Bank, Madharapakkam, (IFSC Code No.CNRB0001336) Ph.No.7502594146). This application is ordered accordingly.
