Respondent Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the order issued by the Recovery Officer, Debts Recovery Tribunal-3 at Chennai, in D.R.C.No.3/2020 dated 24.02.2023 and quash the same and consequently, forbear the respondent bank from not interfering with the possession of the petitioner comprised in survey No.20/1 and 20/2 at Flat No.G4 in Ground Floor, Plot No.1-A, 1-B, No.2, Lakshmipuram, 1st Cross Street, Velachery, Chennai 42. ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.T.R.Kumaravel, learned counsel for the petitioners.

2. The petitioners have challenged the order passed by the Recovery Officer attaching the property.

3. The petitioners have a remedy of appeal before the Presiding Officer, Debts Recovery Tribunal. The petitioners may avail the remedy of appeal as may be permissible under law. In that event, all contentions are kept open.
