This criminal original petition has been filed praying to quash the proceedings in STC No.14 of 2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Gobichettipalayam against the petitioner 2.

When the matter was listed on 03.03.2026, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed on 05.03.2026 under the caption 'for dismissal'.

However, even today i.e. 05.03.2026, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
