ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent on the complaint dated 3.7.2016 received in CSR No.277 of 2016.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.277 of 2016 before the respondent.
4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent police is directed to call both the parties and to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1, otherwise the petition may be closed under intimation to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
