For Petitioner : Mr.R.Y.George Williams (in both CRPs) C O M M O N O R D E R The petitioner, who is the husband of the respondent, has filed the above Civil Revision Petitions to direct the I Additional Family Court, Chennai to dispose of the Original PetitionS in O.P.Nos.1817 & 1907 of 2010 within the stipulated time.

2.The petitioner filed the Original Petition in O.P.No.1817 of 2010 for restitution of conjugal rights. The respondent-wife filed the Original Petition in O.P.No.1907 of 2010 for divorce.

va 3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, both the Original Petitions are tried jointly. Further, the learned counsel submitted that since the Original Petitions are pending from the year 2010, the petitioner is put to hardship and prejudice.

4.Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Civil Revision Petitions, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the I Additional Family Judge, Chennai, to dispose of the Original Petitions in O.P.Nos.1817 & 1907 of 2010, on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 31.07.2015.

5.With this observation, the Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
