ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. Since it is represented that the third respondent has not furnished the particulars sought for by the second respondent, the Superintending Engineer, Buildings (Maintenance) Circle, Public Works Department, Chennai, the third respondent is hereby directed to furnish the particulars sought for by the Senior Accounts Officer (Legal Cell), Office of the Accountant General (Accounts and Entitlements), Chennai, the second respondent within a week from today and on receipt of such particulars, the second respondent shall do the needful within a period of two weeks thereafter. With this direction, the contempt petition stands closed.
