Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the first respondent dated 17.09.13 made in G.O.(Ms) No.165, Higher Education (FI) Department, quash the same and direct the first respondent to permit the petitioner to resume his work as Assistant Professor in English in the third respondent college. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

2. Though the prayer in the writ petition is to quash the suspension order dated 17.09.13 made in G.O.(Ms) No.165, Higher Education (FI) Department, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the first respondent may be directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 25.04.2015 within a stipulated period.

3. In view of such a narrow prayer made, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.04.2015, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law relating to revocation of suspension order, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
