The petitioner filed this petition to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5955 of 2020 on 20.03.2020 that the petitioner to execute the bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No-II, Thiruppur.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified as "the petitioner to execute the bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No-IV, Thiruppur".
