This Criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to Register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 19.03.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that a case in Cr.No.1273 of 2016 has been registered on 18.07.2016 for offences under Sections 294(b) & 506(1) IPC, based on the complaint given by the petitioner herein.
