Crl.M.P.No.2219 of 2016 in Crl.O.P.No.526 of 2016 K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.

This petition has been filed to modify the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.526 of 2016 dated 18.01.2016 on the file of respondent police.

2. While granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner, this Court directed the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.526 of 2016 on 18.01.2016, to stay at Vellore and report before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Vellore, daily morning at 10.30 a.m. and also signed before the Vellore Police Station, daily evening at 5.30 p.m., for a period of four weeks.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner met with an accident on 22.12.2015 and sustained multiple fractures. Hence, he is not able to comply with the condition. He further submitted that the petitioner is taking treatment at Tirupur and he is ready to appear before the respondent police.

5. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the order dated 18.01.2016 passed in Crl.O.P.No.526 of 2016 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police daily morning at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

6. This petition is ordered accordingly.
