This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the first Respondent to consider the representation made by the Petitioner dated 29.09.2021 and pass appropriate order to get the regularization of Service and the time Scale of Pay from the date of appointment in the light of the proposals sent by the 3rd Respondent herein.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.09.2021 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
