This Criminal Original Petition is filed to set aside the order passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate I, Thiruvannamalai District in Crl.M.P.No.3547 of 2022 in C.C.No.27 of 2018, dated 08.12.2022. 1/3
2. The order passed by the Judicial Magistrate I, Tiruvannamalai is now been challenge in this petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.
3. The impugned order indicates that the petitioner herein earlier filed an application to recall P.W.1 & P.W.2 and same was dismissed. While so, the second petition for the same prayer been filed. Hence, the Judicial Magistrate-I, Thiruvannamalai recording the dismissal of the earlier petition, has dismissed the second petition filed for the same and similar relief.
4. Hence, this Court finds no illegality in the said order. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
