By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The grievance expressed by the petitioner is that though an Original Application was filed before the respondent under Section 64(1) of the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious & Charitable Endowment Act, 1959, to frame a scheme for administration of Kottaimariamman Temple at Padavedu, Thiruchengode Taluk, Namakkal District, it has not been numbered and consequently, the same has not been disposed of, the petitioner is constrained to approach this Court by filing this writ petition seeking appropriate direction to the respondent. 3.Heard the submissions of Mr.S.Sethuraman, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.L.Mahadevan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. 4.The Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the Original Application filed by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner has been numbered as O.A.No.5 of 2015 and it has been taken on file by the respondent.

5.In the light of the said development, nothing survives in this writ petition for adjudication and therefore, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
