C.M.P.Nos. 28 to 32 of 2017 in WA.Nos.SR.55356, 55372, 55368, 55364 and 55360 of 2015 NOOTY. RAMAMOHANA RAO, J AND S.M.SUBRAMANIAM , J These petitions have been taken out seeking condonation of delay of 475 days in representing the above appeals.

2. Though the delay is very huge in representing the above appeals, ends of justice would be better served, by condoning the delay subject to payment of costs of Rs.500/- for each petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned subject to payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) for each petition, to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, attached to the High Court, within a period of 10 days from today. The petitions stand allowed

3. Upon production of receipt from the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, the Registry may process the paper book, if it is otherwise in order, without any further reference to the Court and number the appeal.
