ORDER

The petitioner has filed the Civil Revision Petition seeking a direction to direct the Subordinate Court, Ranipet to expedite the trial in O.S.No.38 of 2017.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner along with two others have filed a suit against the respondent/defendant in O.S.No.38 of 2017 praying to pay Rs.99,000/- towards damages for the use and occupation of the suit property and also to deliver vacant possession of the suit property. He further submitted that the petitioner is a senior citizen aged about 77 years and is in the evening of her life time. The suit is ripe for trial and hence the trial court may be directed to conclude the trial on day to day basis. Thus he prayed for a direction to the trial court to expedite the trial in O.S.No.38 of 2017.

3. Considering the age of the 1st petitioner, the trial court is directed to dispose of the case in O.S.No.38 of 2017 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. 6-03-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order msr
