This petition has been filed to direct the fourth respondent to register the case against the above said persons based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 02.02.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 02.02.2015. A copy of the Closure Report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

4. In view of the above, this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
