ORDER

The criminal original petition is filed to direct the respondent police to give police protection to fencing the petitioner's land situated at No.64, having an extent of 1.15.0 Hectares (Acres 2.84 Cents) of land in Survey No.234/2B1 of Anaibogi Village, Vandhavasi Taluk and Tiruvannamalai District. 2.

The petitioner seeks direction to the respondent to fencing the petitioner's land situated at No.64, having an extent of 1.15.0 Hectares (Acres 2.84 Cents) of land in Survey No.234/2B1 of Anaibogi Village, Vandhavasi Taluk and Tiruvannamalai District. Now, almost three years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised.
