ORDER
This Writ Petition is heard through Video Conference on account of COVID-19 pandemic situation.

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein to release and hand over the title deeds in original pertaining to the Sale Deed dated 31.08.2004 registered as Doc.No.4796 of 2004, registered in the Sub Registrar Office, Neelangarai to the Petitioner herein.

Pursuant to the order of this Court on 16.03.2020, it is stated by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 that the title documents have been released by the bank, after getting appropriate documents executed by the petitioner.

As the relief sought for in this Writ Petition is only for return of the documents and the same has been returned to the petitioner, the Writ 2/4
Petition has become infructuous. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No Costs.
