ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking modification of the conditions imposed on the petitioner by this Court dated 13.02.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.14723 of 2024.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that that petitioner was unable to execute a sale deed, since he does not have sufficient funds to execute the sale deed. The learned counsel further submits that now the petitioner is inclined to execute a mortgage deed instead and prays for modification of the condition.
3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on records.
4. This Court finds no reason to modify the said condition. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
