ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to cancel the patta bearing Nos.5598 and 8121 standing in the name of the respondents 5 and 6 for the properties morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 09.01.2026, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioner claims that erroneously patta Nos.5598 and 8121 were issued in the name of the respondents 5 and 6. He seeks cancellation of the same through his representation, dated 09.01.2026. Since the said representation was not considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents 5 to 8 in this writ petition, notice to the respondents 5 to 8 is dispensed with by this Court.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with, after hearing the objections of the respondents 5 to 8 and any other party, whom the 3rd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation, dated 09.01.2026 seeking cancellation of patta bearing Nos.5598 and 8121 standing in the name of the respondents 5 and 6 for the properties morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections, if any, from the respondents 5 to 8 and any other party, whom the 3rd respondent deems it fit to enquire, Page No.3 of 6
within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
