(3D)No.382 Adi-Dravidar and Tribal welfare (ADW-1) Department, Dated 23.06.2023 and consequential proceedings Letter No.11858138/ADW1/2025-1 dated 20.01.2026 and quash the same and direct the respondent to review the suspension order based on the representation dated 01.08.2025 as per the Government Order vide 1/5

G.O.Ms.No.81, Human Resources Management (N) Department, dated 04.08.2022.

This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "To calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the respondent vide G.O.(3D)No.382 AdiDravidar and Tribal welfare (ADW-1) Department, Dated 23.06.2023 and consequential proceedings Letter No.11858138/ADW1/2025-1 dated 20.01.2026 and quash the same and direct the respondent to review the suspension order based on the representation dated 01.08.2025 as per the Government Order vide G.O.Ms.No.81, Human Resources Management (N) Department, dated 04.08.2022."

2. Though this writ petition is filed for the above relief, the learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions would submit that the 2/5

petitioner is ready to cooperate with the proceedings and the respondent shall consider appointing her to any non-sensitive post.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that they will conclude the departmental proceedings before the end of April 2025 and the request for posting the petitioner to non-sensitive post would be considered in the meanwhile.

4. Recording the submissions of both the learned counsels this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
