Mamallapuram Vattar Nadar Sangam v. K.A. Balasubramanian Nadar

C.M.P.No.6968 of 2024 in S.A.No.1117 of 2021 P.T.ASHA, J., The above Petition is filed to revoke the Vakalat executed by the Ex-President M.S.Muthuvel Nadar S/o. Mariappa Nadar of the petitioner Association without any valid authority and consequently to accept the Vakalat executed by myself on behalf of the Petitioner Association in S.A.No.117 of 2021.

2. The learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the above Petition stating that he would file a proper Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn, granting permission to the Petitioner to file a proper Petition.
