The present Application has been filed to withdraw the suit in O.S.No.565 of 2024, pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Sholinganallur and transfer the same to be heard, tried and adjudicated along with the suit in C.S.No.195 of 2024, pending before this Hon'ble Court.

2. Mr.S.Sudharshan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that he has no objection in allowing this application.

4. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into consideration that the learned counsel for the respondent has no objection in allowing this application, the application in A.No.1523 of 2025 in C.S.No.195 of 2024 is ordered as prayed for.
