Comp.A.No.102 of 2021 in C.P.No.54 of 2015 R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.

The learned Official Liquidator seeks permission to engage the services of M/s.ITCOT Consultancy Services to evaluate the land and properties of the company situate at various places and to permit the Official Liquidator to incur sale and other incidental expenditures from and out of the assets of the company in liquidation.

2.A perusal of the report shows that the properties are situate at various places within Tamilnadu and the valuation is necessary.

3.Accepting the report of the Official Liquidator filed along with the application, this application is ordered as prayed for.
