JUDGMENT
This criminal appeal has been filed to set aside the judgment dated 26.07.2010 made in S.C.No.52 of 2010, on the file of the Additional District and Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court No.II), Salem.
2. Today, when the appeal is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate filed a memo stating that the appellant died on 31.05.2011, for which, he enclosed a copy of the Death Certificate issued by The Registrar, Birth and Death, Selection Grade Town Panchyat, Sankari vide Registration No.92/2011/01 dated 17.06.2011.
3. In view of the fact that the sole appellant died, this Criminal Appeal is closed as abated.
