This petition has been filed seeking direction for expediting the trial of the complaint case in C.C.No.558 of 2022, pending trial on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Puducherry and to complete the trial in a time bound manner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The petitioner had filed a complaint as against the 2nd respondent before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Puducherry, in C.C.No.558 of 2022. Since the same has not been considered by the said Court, the petitioner filed this present petition.

4. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Puducherry, is directed to complete the Trial in C.C.No.558 of 2022, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
