This Court on 01.02.2024 passed the following order; "When the matter was taken up for hearing on 11.12.2023, learned counsel for the petitioner informed the Court that he had given change of vakalat. Recording the same, this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the petitioner and list the matter on 18.12.2023. On 18.12.2023 there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was adjourned to 10.01.2024.

2. Today, the matter is listed by printing the name of the petitioner. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Taking into consideration the petitioner is continuously absent, the Registry is directed to list the matter under the caption "for dismissal" on 02.02.2024.
