Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the contemnor.
Compliance report has been filed by the 6th respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ in the writ petition along with photographs which shows that encroachment has been removed. Learned counsel
appearing for the 4th and 5th respondents in the writ petition viz., Tmt. R.Vishalakshi and Tmt.M.Ushadevi submits that as against eviction proceedings initiated against them they have preferred Revision petition before the Commissioner of Land Administration, Chennai. In the light of the above, contempt petition stands closed, leaving it open to work out his remedy if he has any further grievance.
