This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 375 days in preferring the present application to restore the revision as against the respondents 2 to 4 in C.R.P.No.1175 of 2019.

3. For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this Court satisfied to allow this petition.

4. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the delay of 375 days in preferring the present petition to restore the revision is condoned.
