ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking extension of time to comply with the condition imposed on the petitioner, as per the order of this Court dated 10.12.2024 passed in Crl.M.P.No.17522 of 2024 in Crl.R.C.No.2244 of 2024.
2. The learned counsel appearing for petitioner submitted that the petitioner had lost her son and due to poverty and financial constraints, she was unable to comply with the condition imposed by this Court within the stipulated time. Hence, he prays for extension of time to comply with the conditional amount imposed by this Court.
3.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant further time to the petitioner till 25.07.2025 to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court vide order dated 10.12.2024 passed in Crl.M.P.No.17522 of 2024 in Crl.R.C.No.2244 of 2024. Failing which, the respondent is at liberty to take appropriate steps to secure the petitioner to comply with the order passed by the Trial Court, as confirmed by the Appellate Court.
