This petition has been filed to restore CRP No.1175 of 2019, which was dismissed for default as against the respondents 2 to 4.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the representing counsel for the counsel on record for the first respondent and perused the averments made in the accompanying affidavit.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition can be allowed subject to the condition on payment of Rs.2000/- towards costs to Ms.Sandhya, representing counsel for counsel on record for the respondent, within 3 days from today and report to this Court by the next date of hearing.
