ORDER

The petitioner seeks modification of condition no. 5(b) in Crl.M.P.No.118 of 2025, directing the petitioner to appear before the Court daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of sixty days.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent on instructions submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition for forty-eight days, and the investigation is also completed.

3. Accordingly, the condition no.5(b) imposed on the petitioner in the order dated 27.01.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.118 of 2025 by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Tirupattur is modified, directing the petitioner to appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates. The other conditions imposed on the petitioner in the order dated 27.01.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.118 of 2025 shall remain unaltered.
