Writ petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of Certiorarified mandamus calling for the files related to the impugned order in Letter No.EC/CCW/N&C/20520/2012 dated 03.02.2015 issued by the respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to refund the sum of Rs.2,50,000/- remitted by the petitioner towards premium FSI charges vide receipt No.01948 dated 08/09/2014.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
