ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 18.04.2016 on file of the XVIII City Civil and Sessions Court, Chennai in C.M.A.No.120 of 2015.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel on either side are present. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that, the Suit has already been disposed of on 10.12.2019. Hence, nothing survives for consideration in the Civil Revision Petition.
3. In view of the submission made by the counsel for the Petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed, as having become infructuous. No costs.
Consequently, connected C.M.P.No.13137 of 2016 is closed.
