In a proposed suit seeking declaratory and injunctive relief, the intending plaintiff seeks leave to sue respondents/defendants before this Court.
2. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that a substantial portion of the cause of action for the suit arose within the jurisdiction of this Court. Learned counsel also submits that the marriage of the plaintiff with Ms.Bansal was solemnized in Royapettah which is within the jurisdiction of this Court and subsequent to breakdown in marriage, a complaint filed against the applicant was also within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court.
