The plaintiffs in the suit in O.S.No.976 of 2005 on the file of District Munsif Court, Salem, has filed the above Civil Revision Petition to direct the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.976 of 2005 within a stipulated time.
2.The plaintiffs filed the suit in O.S.No.976 of 2005 for declaration and
for permanent injunction.

va 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the plaintiffs have filed the suit in the year 2005, the trial Court has not disposed of the same even after a lapse of nearly ten years. Further, the learned counsel submitted that in view of the pendency of the suit for a long time, the plaintiffs are put to hardship and prejudice. 4.Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Civil Revision Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the District Munsif Court, Salem, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.976 of 2005, on merits and in accordance with law, within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With this observation, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
